Refund policy

Some times things don't work out as we hope, so rest assure, we will do everything we can to ensure that your experience is positive 

We have a 14-day return policy - You have 14 days from the time you receive the item to return it back to us for a refund or an exchange

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received: In resale condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund, if items that are sent back are not in re-saleable condition 

At this point, I am unable to provide free returns - This policy may seem a tad unfair, but we are a small business, and just starting out, hopefully in the near future I will be able to offer free returns   

To start a return, contact us at khasslinen@mail.com - Items sent back without first requesting a return will delay the refund process 

Once the request is accepted, please send returns to: Unit 4, Tunstall Trade Park, Brownhills Road, Stoke-on-Trent, ST6 4SE - When sending returns please keep proof of postage

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards - this policy does not apply to defective or damaged items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us - on approval of your request, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will make sure you receive your new choice  

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return - After approval, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
